Solemn statement


M-Tex International (hereinafter referred to as "our company") is a professional enterprise engaged in the development, design, and processing of plastic mold textures for various industries such as automobiles, home appliances, and furniture. We utilize advanced pattern processing software to develop texture patterns suitable for various products. Our company has a professional team of over hundred designers and has successfully developed a pattern texture library, enjoying a certain level of recognition in the industry.

Recently, our company has discovered that some businesses, without our authorization, have been conducting business activities similar to ours under the name "模纹" (M-Tex). This has severely disrupted the normal operation of our company. Therefore, we hereby make the following solemn declaration:

1. Our company uses" 模纹" (M-Tex) as our corporate abbreviation and core brand. Our official website is http://www.m-tex.com.cn/.

2. Within China, our company has only two companies: DongGuan M-Tex Co., Ltd., founded on December 25, 2008, with its operating address at Building 2 unit 101, NO.13 HuanBao South Road, ShaTian Town, DongGuan City, GuangDong Province, holding a series of registered trademarks, including "THE M-TEX," "THE M-TEX GROUP," and "模尔德 MEX." The second company is SuZhou M-Tex Co., Ltd., founded on June 3, 2013, with its operating address in ZhaiJi Village, WangTing Town, SuZhou City, JiangSu Province.

3. Apart from the two companies mentioned above, any other companies that use the "模纹" (M-TEX) name or registered trademarks without formal authorization from our company have no affiliation or equity investment relationship with our company. Their actions are entirely unrelated to our company.

4. No entity or individual has the right to conduct business activities similar to ours under the name "模纹" (M-TEX) or use the registered trademarks of our subsidiary.
Our company reserved the right to pursue legal responsibilities of relevant companies and individuals.

Singaporean by nationality, graduated from the University of Queensland in Australia with a major in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Computer Studies. After graduation, pursued a Master's in Business Management at Maastricht University in the Netherlands. Held various positions, including Mechanical Engineer at Plaskon in Singapore, Production Technology Director at First Engineering, Mechanical Design and Production Engineer at Hypercon in Australia, Business Analysis Director at Harvey Norman, Assistant General Manager at Riva, and General Manager of Mold-Tech China.

In 2008, led a team to establish M-Tex International and currently serves as the CEO of M-Tex International in China, overseeing the company's comprehensive operations. LOY has worked in several multinational companies, possessing professional management skills and an international perspective. Since founding the company, LOY has transformed M-Tex from an unknown small business into a well-recognized Company in both domestic and international industries.

General Manager

Formerly the Operating Director of Mold-Tech China and also the Assistant Manager of Pattern Development team for worldwide Mold-Tech, with over 12 years of comprehensive experience in M-Tex, overseeing the Sales and Marketing operations.

Technical Director

Former Technical Supervisor at Mold-Tech China, and one of the veterans of Mold-Tech China. Proficient in various texturing techniques including multi-layers print patterns, sewing patterns, seamless textures and micro-patterns. With over 15 years of experience in pattern design and workshop supervision experience.
